"Everything Garden"
Come and listen to a presentation by Sally Reinitz on various types of gardens and garden topics. Everything under the sun, so to speak!, will be open for discussion. Come prepared with 'specific to you questions' or just listen to an open forum. The opening discussion will be regarding Hummingbird Gardens. How to grow one, install it and care for it. Open for discussion: Minnesota Native plants and grasses, water gardens, butterfly/wild life gardens, plant care & maintenance, soil care/fertility, vegetable /herb gardens, cut flowers & bulbs, landscape design, just to name a few! Please join us for an evening that will get you excited for spring no matter the size of your garden!
Sally Reinitz received her degree in Landscape Architecture from Dakota County Community College in 2004. She has worked for Minnesota Valley Garden Center in Shakopee and recently started a CSA (community supported Agriculture) Farm with her husband Josh in rural Henderson.
Sally has experience in everything from small to large vegetable garden planning to landscape installation to garden/landscape maintenance to plant and soil health and productivity. She has a great love for Minnesota native plants and trees. She also believes that even the blackest thumbs can be turned into green thumbs!!!!!
