Hummingbird Banding
There are only about 150 people permitted to band hummingbirds in North America. As a result, it is a somewhat rare occurrence when the general public is privileged to witness the process. HHH is one of those times. Two-days of banding took place in 2009 and will occur again in 2010.
Banding in 2010 will occur on August 28 and 29. Be sure to come and see BANDING first-hand.
